We try hard to make sure the game you get of the highest possible quality. However, we understand that problems occassionally arise, and we'll do our best to resolve them.
Missing or Faulty Components
If a new game you purchase contains missing or broken pieces, please email us and we'll do our best to make it right. Include a description of which pieces are missing or faulty and where you purchased the product. Also include a mailing address where we can send the pieces.
If you purchased a used game with missing or faulty components or you have lost or damaged the pieces during play, then we'll replace them at our discretion.
